Shamed Frat House Mom Admits “None Of These Men Are My Biological Children”

ISUpd has finally come to the conclusion of a long-running case. For many years fraternities and sororities have hosted older women to live with them, often being referred to as a “house mom”. While nobody is sure as to when this mysterious tradition started, you can finally breathe a breath of fresh air, because ISUpd has cracked this conspiracy wide open. Over the years, non-greek students have asked many very serious and concerning questions regarding these “house moms”, such as:

  • How did one woman give birth to 94 men by the age of 37?
  • How bad is the orphan problem in Iowa?
  • Does she have to file taxes on all of her Mother’s Day gifts?
  • Sisters?

After pressing Barbara Franklin, the “house mom” of Iowa State’s chapter of Alpha Beta Chi, ISUpd finally concluded that the “house mom” was, in fact, a hoax. In an in-depth investigation, it was found that she really had no children. Far from the prior thought 94. Perhaps even more sickening was, the fraternity was even financial compensating her to pretend to be their mother. Seemingly the house mom was a temporary title and could be passed down, need be. When pressed Barba confessed, “None of these men are my biological children.” further going on to say, “I just needed money during the academic year”. While legally ISUpd had no grounds to arrest anyone in this case, we here at SitySauce would like to assure you that the office of Greek Affairs has been informed, and will take appropriate actions.
